iPod registration: Should I choose RSA?

Hi.

I just purchased then new iPod Nano from Malaysia, but have not yet registered it on the internet, through iTunes.

Should I register to get an Apple ID? If so, what country should I choose? Especially in terms of ability to purchase music online? I've heard that RSA doesn't yet have the iTunes store...
 
You won't be able to purchase from the Apple Store any way. They can pick up your location from your credit card details, let alone your i.p

AFAIK someone on this forum (don't recall who) used to sell gift cards which you can use to buy from the iTunes store with
