IPTV Streaming

Good morning,

I've had Fibre(Link Africa owned) installed in August 2019. I have had an IPTV service for three years. Until about two weeks ago, about time the cables broke, and during the whole time since, it's impossible to watch the service.

Constant buffering. My other services for VOD, Cyberflix and Cinema HD, and general internet work fine.

My ISP, Tech 5 say that they aren't blocking the IPTV.

I have tried 4 others trial services in the mean time and they all are doing the same thing.

I connect via mobile data and all services work a treat.

Any ideas please?

We all had this problem one time or the other. I gave up but it fixed itself after a few days.

I was doing it on my phone. I had no idea that if it had or hadn't been posted. So sorry for your inconvenience.

I've been in touch with IPTV Global. They're pointing fingers at lock down and broken undersea cables as soon as you mention buffering.

Hasn't that cable been fixed ?

Wasn't aware it was broken, let alone fixed!

Cables were both Completed over the weekend.. the Seacom was first on Thursday and the WACS cable on Saturday morning.
