IPv6 Roll Out

Not sure about the trace route though but it was definitely working in November/December. I had a couple of issues with showmax when IPv6 was enabled but other than that it was working.

Okay cool can you drop me a pm with your email so I can investigate the issue for you?

Interesting article:

Carriers and Big Tech are happily continuing to use network address translation (NAT) and IPv4 to protect their investments, with the result that transition to IPv6 is glacial while the entire internet is shaped in the image of incumbent players.

@AfriNatic I have a problem and hope you can assist. I have now migrated to Afrihost and can connect on IPV4, but not IPV6 (Openserve, Centurion). I have this problem on my OpnSense router as well as the huawei router that was delivered by Afrihost today.
I have tried the Whatsapp helpline and they were not able to assist me, twice.

It seems to be the same problem as below. Do you really only run this script once a month?
Morning,

We run the Ipv6 enabler script once a month to get the new accounts enabled.

I will ask Dev to run it for us again to enable your account.

Drop me a pm so I can ask our net engineer to enable it for you? New accounts take a while to get it enabled.

Just for reference for anybody who uses Mikrotik.
I had some issues with IPv6 on versions 6.48.x and 7.1.1.
Version 6.47.10 seems to work.

I have hooked up my modem and computers to IPv6. The only problem I have is getting into DSTV website with it enabled. Is the a setting I am missing?

Those look okay. DSTV has both IPv4 and IPv6 support.

We also have our own Akamai caches on network so should not be causing any issues.

Hi sorry if this was asked before but does IPv6 work on Openserve Ariel. The contact centre fibre agent sounded very distracted and clueless about it.

What should my Delegation Size be if I want to enable IPv6 on my UniFi setup?
