You cant possibly be considering comparing the two. While all groups lead towards bias and to some kinda censorship, comparing the liberal media with 3rd world rebel state media.... well I dont think I know many people who would think that.

If you look at how news and media is collected, how different state and private agencies regulate that media you would simply not a clue of whats going on in the real world if you thought they are comparable.

Its fun to have a look at how different sides look at the stories, for instance, Al Jazeera is about 400% more accurate than Russia today, and I would go and say for the most part... Al Jazeera is up there with the BBC in what I consider to be accurate, responsible and reliable reporting. I never get my news from just one source if I can help.

Saying all this, the origin of this data comes from "Iranian sources".. and it was then turned out in the Iranian government propaganda machine. Its likely to be as reliable as a Zimbabwean election result. Which means mostly lies and the possibility of one aspect of the story being not a lie.

I fully agree with you...

But the west could easily spin any Iranian propaganda to their advantage and suckers will fall for it.

I find Al-jazeera's news accurate as well but there documentaries are sometimes not as balanced lol
I've been watching their Israel 60th series and even though they claim to be balanced most of it has been about the "Nakba".
But I don't blame them if all you get in the western media is celebrations for Israel's 60th whereas Al-jazeera tell the tale of "The Catastrophe" which you'll never hear in Western media.

The monkey-boy in charge of IRI calls Israel "a stinking rotting corpse" - nice folks in the Islamic Republic if Iran huh.

List the countries Iran has attacked then do the same for the US.

Who is the real threat to world peace?

How many American lives have been lost helping restore peace in the world - loads.
Now before you sprout off, bear in mind that they are requested to restore peace in places like Somalia (Mogadishu), and they were criticised for taking too long to mobilise for the mayhem in Haiti.

I think Iran and the US are both right about eachother and both wrong about themselves, and I think they know it.
