I have revently found that my connection drops and also sporadically have sub std speeds. Im on FTTH 40/40 but not getting reliable speeds for R750 pm.
When you contact them, it has to be via email and when they get back to you the next day several hours later, obviously the problem is gone.

Then they expect a screenshot, what a hassle. Told Ryan the agent who contacted me teice why dont they allow us to paste screenshot directly on their web page where we log a ticket.... Tjey just dont listen to ideas it seems.


And then they expect me to move my pc setup downstairs to connect straight to the Ont... Sorry, not happening not my problem. I pay for 40Mbps and see here what i get tonight, and lost my chance to watch a f WRC match!
Thanks for nothing CI. Will not recommend them to anyone anymore... I regret having recomended people. If CI wants to solve my substandard service and refund me for service lost im @ [email protected].

It was my experience with Afrihost. Ignore and pretend the problem isn't there and perhaps the customer will stop moaning.

If you're unhappy, and feel you are not getting the service you require then move.. Simple as that..Try RocketNet or Mind the speed:)Lots of options out there.

I have phoned CISP, even over weekends, to report line issues so it is possible to contact them directly.

You can also mail them any attachments and if I remember correctly you can upload on their portal.

Hi sorry to hear of your frustration, what is your most recent support ref?

How does your upstairs PC connect to your router? As it does just sound wireless related.
