I thrive on those glares from the person behind. The fun ones are the ones who will likely never get that.
I also sometimes wait 1 second before pulling off after the traffic light has changed. Makes my day.

I really don't understand why you would find that funny.

We have multi-lane 60kmh zones in the city but that makes sense on the plaas I guess.

The problem is people being oblivious to what & how they drive. If you drive a really old old car, I'd expect you to be in the left lane, doing 55kph and I will peacefully pass you, just don't drive 55kph in the right lane with a pile of traffic behind you, that's something else.
If you drive a newer car however, that's a different story.
