Is an upgrade to 4meg line really worth it?

Hard to say. Many people think Telkom will keep their prices the same but they'll just up all the caps.

But then the prices have decreased?

Probably seeing as international cap is quite expensive and local cap is reasonably cheap.

So just to ensure i'm still following correctly:
For local torrent downloads a 4meg line is a better option??

Let's take this scenario:

Torrent 'A' has 15 seeders and 5 leechers.
I have a 384 connection, so i am downloading (hypothetically) @ 30kb/s and uploading 10kb/s.

All things held constant if i now have a 4meg line, will my down & upspeed increase? OR are there more factors to consider??
