IS Ignite Representative ?

Hi

Do we have a representation for IS Ignite ?
I cancelled my account Internet service with Ignite few months ago, they have not cancelled my account and are still charging me every month.
I tried both email and telephone support, Unfortunately that has not helped, they still send me emails that my account is still active.
Not sure what else to do now....

They don’t - May be best to hit them up with a tweet on Twitter, your request will be channeled to the correct dept
