Apparently an edge router went down in Barrick St CT this morning at about 8am and that explains why CT was slow and off all day. I eventually got through to ADSL help desk (that has to be an oxymoron) and they said it had been fixed. Sorry buddy NOT. It's something when users have to tell Telkom what is still wrong. But reading this thread looks like all of the country is effected.
What can one do except immigrate....
