IS International up/down?

Hi

Is anyone else having problems staying connected to international sites via IS?
The problem started last night.
It appears that every minute or two there is a lag, then the page either hangs or refreshes automatically.

Curious do you have your router setup with automatic or assigned DNS addresses?

Had an issue earlier with a client on the IS backbone & entering the DNS addresses have help resolve their issues.
