The more I read these forums the more I see just negative unhappy customers..
I upgraded from the 19hour package to the 24/7 LTE. Besides from the poor youtube quality of 240 I honestly cannot complain. It runs flawlessly the whole day averaging around 20mbs. Works great for online games, downloads, netflix, and general interact usage. Iv used 110GB so far for the month and I'm honestly happy with this service.

Is there anyone else on Rain that is happy please comment here.

How did you get it to run over the 10mbps cap?

Kiemo the R250 package worked like a charm iv been on that package since Nov 2018. How does it work for you?

honestly I have been on it since December 2018 but then it was all good ... so I’m struggling with speeds now for more than a year to be honest

Also getting really great speeds and no issues as yet with the rain unlimited LTE package. Gaming, work and streaming has all been good. Used about 100gb so far.

I am running my router on Band 38, 2600Mhz and my speeds are limited to 10Mbps down (as the product is advertised).

The only time my sim is not throttled is when I do a speedtest on the Ookla speedtest app and choose the RAIN server; which results in a download speed of 60Mbps consistently.
If I choose any server other than RAIN the download speed is throttled to 10Mbps.

My upload speeds are almost always around 5Mbps irrespective of the server chosen.

If the product was not throttled I would easily have been averaging a download speed of around 60Mbps all day/night.

I would not say I'm happy with a 10Mbps connection - it is too slow for my needs and will cancel the service next month.

How does it perform on capped or 19 hours uncapped plan that's not throttled?

Do you still get high speeds?
