Is it me or is everything starting to go downhill with Vodacom? I mean everyday I come here there some fascinating thing that is mind boggling Vodacom has done. Or is Vodacom just making life exciting?
I Stopped complaining because it does not WORK! You cannot fight Vodacom…..

After my experience today with Vodacom I will definitely have to say that something is seriously wrong there. There is no way in HELL I will EVER get a contract from them or allow any of my family and friends to do so.

But what about the other two mobile networks. Are they any better?

It's not just you, I have lots of problems with Vodacom, some downright fraudulent and crooked (like signing up and billing people for Look4* services without their consent or knowledge). Also connection problems, 3G quality problems, billing problems etc.
 
I must agree

I had 3g no problem for two months now I only get gprs and sometimed 3 g fo a few minutes its so frustrating,lodged a query with vodacom still wating for them to get back to me
 
vodacom just got back to me they sorted the problem out one of the sectors was down,all looks good now!!well done vodacom!!
