My internet went down earlier this evening.
Aztech W700 and the Internet light doesn't show red or green. The power and language lights are green.
My VOIP line through a Huawei box works.
I guess it's my router because when I went into it the settings were all Telkom default and Telkom guest etc. The startup password was also reset to admin admin. Just no connection even through my backup Afrihost account.
Anyone confirm this based on the above? Tx
Edit:
Even after hard reset there is no Internet light either red or green.
I suppose I need to wait for Telkom and hope they hurry cause I need to work.
Got mobile but 3g only and slow on connection but fast on the money.

As a test you can just plug a PC straight into the Openserve ONT, and create a PPP dialup with your PC, if that connects then probably your router.

Thanks Telkom was here and the VOIP wasn't transmitting to the router.
