Is it possible to have two "flu's" at the same time?

just a slight update on this.
its been 4 weeks now I think, maybe more.
I am finally starting to feel 'almost ok' i still cough and have a lot of pleghm, and my right lung hurts when I inhale deeply, but this is honestly the best I've feel in so long. I went to gym and i was weak asf but at least i was able to get some blood flowing and i took it easy.

one weird side effect is that my lower back hurts, i think its my kidneys, but its pretty mild, just not a pain im used to.

Similar symptoms but not that severe (just took 2 days off in 3 weeks) and it has been nearly 3 weeks for me as well and I am not on anti-biotics but currently using Dilinct. I went to doc only after 2 weeks when it didn't get better after OTC meds but it seems that he also gave me another OTC (Dilinct) + some rupallerg + something . Maybe rupallerg & other thing is anti-biotic but I distinctly remember doc saying he won't prescribe anti-biotic for now. I am getting better though.

Depending on individual body response, this sort of thing seems to last for 3-6 weeks.

Don't **** around with viral illness by putting yourself under any cardio strain. Myocarditis is a thing

Yeah, its one of the leading killers when people get flu. Just take it easy and watch some cartoons.
