Is load shedding back?

Between the ages of 12 and 15 I lived in a house in the bush that had no electricity, no generator, we lived with candle lights, paraffin stove, gas cooking and a firewood donkey to provide warm water
Sorry, Generator Man-- couldn't resist: Is that why you went into generators as a career? (I can't help it. My wife's a clinical psychologist so I suffer enormously under this kind of analysis. Sometimes a generator is just a generator, I tell her.)

Hahaha good one!

You know what, first generator we purchased was a 6.5kVA Robin, when it packed up a few years later after lots of abuse and overloading, I bought a 12kVA 3-cylinder Lister, built it an enclosure and all. Then we finally got electricity after I managed to build a 2000m stretch of underground powerline as Eskom refused to lay a powerline to only supply us.

Come to think of it, I always kind of liked generators:D
