Is my connection really unshaped???

Hi guys,

How do I tell if my ADSL is really unshaped?

I have 384 line, Uncapped, Unshaped from Wazzup.

download a torrent then see if you get max speed

Max on good days is ~42kbps but the range is 20 to 42kbps.

Constant downloading about 30% then back to 42 for the rest of the download.

It is unshaped but maybe the contention causes it to get slower at times.
