im getting 432 KB/s nonstop from IS NS - i only get cached stuff - if its slow on IS, i go over to SAIX Local NS, which is always fast, just more expensive

I'm doing 1 GB in 41 minutes See image below

How do I know when stuff is cached or not?

Local-only SAIX bandwidth is a lot more expensive than local-only IS bandwidth.

Although now you can get quite a lot of SAIX local-only tacked onto a TelkomSA or Cybersmart account for no additional cost, but you have to use their regular internation SAIX then, obviously.

I have finaly got rid of all the IS accounts I had to look after. No more phone calls about figures not going though after 11 at night. I hate to say this but SAIX is much more stable. Maybe IS fibre will be better will try them in a few months time when the iron out all th launch bugs.
