it looks like your username is entered incorrectly, it should be @openweb.co.za
 
Strange because that's the same username I've used for the last 6 months or so.
 
Have not tried yet. It might be that my session is capped (maybe it timed out today and I have to wait til tomorrow)

Just the unknown username is a bit much.
 
I didn't have to start a new session manually and my cap was renewed. Maybe you forgot to pay them for a couple of months? :D

n1hilist quick question. Did you get first get hold of openweb to enquire about this problem or did you just post directly to this forum asking whether openweb is having *** again?
 
problems here as well...can't get to control panel and account does not authenticate?!! It says cp.openweb.co.za does not exist:

Address Not Found

Firefox can't find the server at cp.openweb.co.za.
 
it seems the whole openweb server/website is down, can't access anything

I just saw that the SMTP server is down, and then saw the whole website is down...

Connection is still running fine though! hehe
 
Hi Friends

One of our servers had some heart failure, but the problem was quickly recitified by performing some open heart surgery.

We apologise for any inconvenience, all is now live!
