Speaking from recent experiance (as in last week), phoning can be a challenge, akin to phoning Telkom... naaa... not as bad. Email works, however :)

email again :P mine always get answered... strange

failing an impersonal email, how about picking up ANY phone and phoning them? they are friendly hey, they don't bite heads off

I don't disagree with you about them being friendly over the phone, but if they offer e-mail support (which they do), then they should respond in a decent turnaround time.

There's a small chance your e-mail is getting lost along the route or being blocked by spam filters so perhaps you should try sending from a different e-mail address.
