is ordering line avaliable on sunday?

hi~ i am thinking to upgrade my 384k to 4mb line. but since today is sunday, can i still call the number and ask them to process the order today? and usually how long does it take to complete the upgrade? does that require the technician to come and setup again?

Well, you can go to any Telkom Direct shop, or I think you can phone, and they do it immediately. They dont need to come to your house, they just type something on the computer, reset your router and there you go. I dont know if they work Sundays, but I would rather go to a Telkom Direct shop, maybe they can do it from there.

can someone please explain what this upgrading of a line means?

we are on one of those telkom packages and i think a 512 line so can i ask them to upgrade my line and what do i pay or what happens. we are ok with what we have and don't have any problems with our setup.
