IS proxy address?

I've recently switched to IS Express uncapped from SAIX shaped. On the SAIX connection I used dsl-cache.saix.net as my proxy defined in ie.

Can anyone tell me what the address of IS's transparent proxy is?

Why would you need the address of the IS proxy if it is a transparent proxy?

By specifying a proxy in ie one can bypass IP Cop's (squid?) proxy. This seems like the simplest way to do it.
