I'm at home in Bellville, have absolutely no signal. I have good signal here usually. Been having trouble today occasionally in other areas of Cape Town. I also can't seem to log into their website, getting a gateway time-out error.

same with me i just got my internet connection turned off by them phoned them they said take out the sim card of the router leave the router off for 5 minutes and put it back in or else phone the Support for more help

I auto switch between Rain and Telkom and I'm currently in the Telkom slot so didn't notice.

Yip got a red light on the Rain router.

Restarted it and still red.

In Hermanus, Western Cape.

Rain covered east Hermanus when I moved here last year (Vermont to Sanbaai and Zwelihle). Not sure about now. Telkom came online a few months later.

I'm using two networks, auto switching between Telkom LTE capped and Rain Mobile uncapped. Auto switching between 6 and 11 PM. Got two routers each with an external Poynting XPOL-6. Each connection does 40 Mbps down and 15 Mbps up. When needed I can turn off the time switching on the router and it will combine the two networks for 80/30 Mbps. :)
