Well I can't promise Zero break in internet access, as the line needs to be released from Mweb, and can result in no internet during the time it takes for us to obtain the line from openserve (can be anywhere within to 24 -48 hours). Openserve is quite quick when it comes to activations so it should not be a lenghty process.
Regarding the procedure, you can simply apply through our website by filling in your address details, then selecting a package.
It will then guide you through the application steps.
After your order is submitted, a ticket will be logged where you can communicate the last date of service (Cancellation Date) with Mweb. (In order for our team know when to know when the line is available for Order Placement)
