The merged operations (read as hostile takeover) between WebAfrica and Mweb has provided all users and visitors to this forum with direct access to both!

I assume the process to properly/effectively CLOSE an acc with MShit is a 'state secret' they will NEVER divulge
AND
That they will refuse to... what's it called again? Let go of my OpenServe fiber line if I simply close the bank acc to which they have acces..? (Did that when Rain thought they could just scratch in my 'wallet' like a much loved spouse!)

ie: What's the procedure to change with ZERO break in internet access plz??

Well I can't promise Zero break in internet access, as the line needs to be released from Mweb, and can result in no internet during the time it takes for us to obtain the line from openserve (can be anywhere within to 24 -48 hours). Openserve is quite quick when it comes to activations so it should not be a lenghty process.

Regarding the procedure, you can simply apply through our website by filling in your address details, then selecting a package.
It will then guide you through the application steps.

After your order is submitted, a ticket will be logged where you can communicate the last date of service (Cancellation Date) with Mweb. (In order for our team know when to know when the line is available for Order Placement)
