I see a lot of people write on their skills matrix all these varying programming languages but that doesn't necessary mean they have an active software being used, let alone used by thousands of users.
The post was in the context of the OPs oriignal question to show he is making it sound much worse than it is. He should instead focus on the positive. You should read the sentence as a response to his postBecause of that.
