Is there too much on TV?

I don't know hey.

so you want audience to sit down and watch premiers, get excited and talk about the shows. you want to make the next Game of Thrones, Walking dead or Big Bang. everyone is trying that, and most people just fail, or cancel too soon, see Constantine.

right now if I was a a TV exec, and my network was struggling I would buy the rights to Firefly and sign the cast for 3 seasons guaranteed. Whedon included. think about that. 1 season 13 years ago, still a cult classic, still relevant. that right there is a gold mine.

WTF are you talking about? Firefly is a load of crap.

Theres so much new shows starting every week there not even time to sift through what is good and what is really bad. Have to use one episode to decide. Sometimes I totally even forgot about a new series until someone mentions it.

Monochoice, There is absolute rubbish on TV, Probably like 10 channels at most that you would actually watch the rest is a bunch of crap.

Say NO to monochoices price increases!

Nobody uses DSTV for shows and movies anymore. That ship has sailed. It is only used for sport coverage.

I do! :)

Love to watch the movies in glorious full HD, instead of the low res crap from Pirate Bay.

And love my Gas Monkey Garage (Fast & Loud) show & a few others.

Always something to watch. Thanks Multichoice!

Errr, in SA. No. In fact, watching the PB channels you might get a distinct sense of déjà vu. Hell, even the Satellite channels are more often than not stuck in a repeat loop.

So I don't watch TV.

And if I had a TV, I would appreciate it if I didn't have to pay TV license for the (lack of) content.

Up yours SA Monopolies.
