hey guys

Got my line did a speed test and got this , on a i.s account 192k
* Download time: 32.203 seconds
* Size of file: 500 KiloBytes
* Estimated line speed: 126.7 (kilobits/second)
* Estimated line speed: 15.5 (kiloBytes/second)

feedback would be nice

Everyone has been experiencing issues with the quality of their connections this past week. That includes transfer rates and ping times.

Generally it's not normal, but at the moment it seems anything goes.
 
No. That is slow for 192k. Should be around 20k.

Was it during office hours? IS can be slow then... And did u have all ur other internet-related apps closed at the time?
 
um had one page open , but tried downloading something and im getting 20k through flashget
tried right now :)
 
Yeah...please check again from about 18:00 and see if it doesn't improve. You should get at LEAST 18kB/s. I'm getting 21kB/s (I miss the 35kB/s days :( )
 
At work speeds seemed to increased rapidly but not at home only after about 6ish..

What is the sites name where you check your ping status?
