Anyone who actually uses that company is probably in for a massive surprise when they get ripped off.
No physical address, no landline, and the email address and website are DODGY to say the least.
I would offer maybe R70k on that item.. MAYBE...
No gaming pc is worth R120k... you could get similar performance from a R20k machine.
I have no idea of current pricing, but is the spec really going to make such a huge difference to gaming? As per BOFH, I think you could spend less than that for gaming needs.

1) As loosely mentioned above, the CPU is not compatible.
2) Only 7 SATA ports (+1 eSata), but 10 drives mentioned, not including optical. Must be an extra SATA card involved.
3) Case does not have space for dual power supplies.
