When I first opened the thread, I thought that the question was whether the girls in the pic qualifies for sexual harassment from their side for being dressed like that. That could be a valid point too. If a guy comes to work in tight white hot pants, I think some of the women will report him for sexual harassment. By dressing skimpy you are in a way making sexual advances to other people at the work place, or some might perceive it as such.

Not that I would complain. About the girls, not the hot pants guy of course!!!

Recently, I got a pamphlet at Wits about sexual harassment, and something as simple as whistling is counted as sexual harassment

IMHO dressing like that is asking for trouble from the wrong guys who just can't take no for an answer...
