with wifi what we can do and how is the 3G? here, what are the companies of service supply the wifi transmitting.
maybe a little stupid but it will help a lot.

Your question isn't very clear, so the answers you'll find here probably won't answer them.

3G is a standard cellphones use. Wifi is a wireless standard to extend LANs. It is in some cases being used for service provisioning, but its main focus is for home or office use.

The 3G is 3G - with operators using the same equipment and suppliers that the rest of the world use. Wifi transmitting can be done by yourself, assuming that you have a Wifi device.
