That is the IP on the inbound side of their server cluster. The mail goes out via different IPs - all of which are listed

Ours is not listed either, but what is the list going to be used for? Its going to be a massive list and would be madness to try and keep it up to date.

If you want to reduce the chance of your mail being rejected by spam filters - then Yes.

It is already being used by a number of ISPs for mail filtering. It can be queried over DNS in the same way as RBLs and improves your chances of mail delivery by listing mail servers that send spam free mail.
