Is Zasttra.com legit ?

Hey guys.
I've come across the website Zasttra that sells tech stuff and what not
The prices are amazing also
I just want to know if anyone has bought from here ? How is the service ?
Are they legit ?

I really want to buy a phone from here so I need some feed back

Have bought from them before but the product I received was clearly faulty.

Had to send it back at my own cost, after which they argued with me for over 2 weeks, and then only issued a partial refund.
 
I bought from them. Delivery took over three weeks, didn't get an invoice by email, got no purchase confirmation, got no updates on delivery, and on a couple of queries I had, only the sales director could answer, and it took days each time.

Still, the product is good enough, and it was cheap.
 
They used to sell via bidorbuy.. Not sure if they still do.. but they now have their own website. If I recall their rating on bidorbuy was quite high although personally on my last order I found their communication rather poor and my items arrived two weeks later than expected. They are cheap though :D

They still sell on bidorbuy but alot of their products are shipped from outside RSA. Which means 2-4 weeks delivery times :wtf:
 
I placed an order a week ago and received an auto-generated reply from their software. Since then, no news on delivery and no response from the mails I have sen to follow up on delivery, bar another system-generated mail.
Compared to other online sites this is useless and unacceptable. First and last time I buy from them.
 
I just ordered a replacement screen and screen protector for a Redmi Note 2. Hopefully it comes, my wife's screen is really bad
 
No but it's only hitting day 12 now
 
Tried using them once, really poor service. Item was in stock, i paid, then it wasnt in stock all of a sudden, had to wait a week for a refund.
 
Worked well for me.Ordered a replacement Battery Cover for my Zenfone 2 and received it in good order.Took a while,but I guess they had to import it.

Did the purchase with them through Bid or Buy.

It's a 50/50 gamble, some people got their stuff, I couldn't find the screen and it's not urgent anymore and it's R300 soooo what the hell.
 
And at day 14 an unexpected delay occured, not any of the other days with in the 10 to 15 days, nooooo the 14th day. It's a good thing I got the other phone.

Same thing happened to me. Had to constantly phone and email for my refund. Piss poor performance to say the least. Customer service is shocking. A guy named Steve man's the phone line.
 
Nope I've not, excuse is it's stuck in customs with a whole lot of other stuff.
