Is Zasttra.com legit ?

Screen delivered, not to bad actually. I ordered on the 20th March and it arrived yesterday. Considering other places wanted R500 to R600 for the screen, the R197 I paid was nothing.
 
Zasttra's customer service is downright terrible. I bought a phone from them in Jan, it died after three days (not their fault, these things happen). However, the process of getting the phone returned was a *huge* mission. The courier (which I had to pay for) never came to pick up the phone, and so I kept phoning zasttra back to sort it out. I probably phoned them a dozen times over the next four or five weeks, each time being told that they'd sort out the courier, and then nothing would happen. (Plus just phoning zasttra is a pain in the ass; I spent ages in their phone queue, often only to be disconnected after 20-30 minutes.)

Finally, after tons of phone calls, wasted airtime, demanding to talk to a manager, etc., the phone was eventually picked up and the return was processed. I decided I wanted a refund rather than a replacement, at which point I was told "no refunds after seven days" (which is bull****). It then took more emails, mentioning the CPA, and quoting their own returns policy, before I finally got the refund. For a company that claims to have easy returns, it was an absolute joke.
 
Used them twice. 1st order placed 09 November 2017. Still have not received the last item! When enquiring I had to send 2 mails. Got a reply of "In transit". I knew that. 2nd order placed 20 November 2017. 80% of the order is still in China or "In transit" to SA. And it has been 6 weeks. STAY AWAY unless you are prepared to wait 3 months for the goods and have endless mails / calls to try and trace items.

I also bought from them before.

Your delivery dates may be between quick and slow, it all depends. I had to wait a week or so for my order, but delivery was quick.

edit : it was a case for my Redmi 4A. Suggestion (after seeing the complaints above) is to order things like cases etc and not expensive electronics.
 
Ordered a pouch for my 5T on 14/1/2018, got this today...

So 3 weeks later and the damn thing hasn't even shipped yet?!! Useless company!!

So I need a Liverpool 17/18 red home jersey in a size small and apparently the entire country (Totalsports, CrossTrainer, Takealot, etc.) has no stock except for zasttra where the price is R300 higher than the standard retail (which I wouldn't mind paying if I'm certain it is authentic and will actually get the item delivered) but I am very skeptical about using them after having seen the reviews and mentions of fake items.

I see that the seller also has 0 reviews so I do not know what to think about this.

Has anyone ordered branded clothing before and even others who have ordered other 'branded' items, do you think I should give it a go?

They have robbed me my money. I ordered a screen for my lg g4 from them. I never received it and when I try to call them I receive no help, they are always telling me that the people of finance department are not available
 
My last order took about 3 months.It was 2 items for 2 different people.

One person got impatient so I had to cancel 1 item and they refunded me within 7 days on the cancelled item.
Like I said the other came through after three months.
 
By all means avoid this Zasttra company. I order a drone for my daughters as a Christmas present 3 November 2018 and up to now 8 June 2019 I haven't received it. All I get is excuse after excuse. Pls avoid zasttra by means. I don't think this company is legit.
 
Don't use Zasttra. Ordered cellphone pouch last year on Black Friday. Never received it. They have credited the R value into "My wallet" instead of refunding it and refuse to pay it back as they reckon it is like eBucks and must be used for future purchases.
Now they flatly ignore my emails.

Just go to HPeter and make up your own mind how legit they are.

Also just a headsup from me. Ordered a wrist strap in March, haven't received anything. Now speaking to them they just say "sorry, not our problem". It's a really shocking approach from a company trying to build a brand in SA. Stay away!!
