Is Zasttra.com legit ?

Zasttra is not legit. I order an item (cost R300) and which had a courier fee of R150. Well i've been waiting a week and i just received the tracking. Its being shipped from China and is going through the South African Post Office... so i highly doubt if it will ever arrive and if it does it will likely takes months...

I would never have made the purchase had I known they act as a front for retail from China.

I ordered from them at the beginning of last year. Still waiting. When queried they simply say it's not their problem.

Don't expect a refund, look at #37 were these guys just put my refund into my account wallet and refuse to pay it back.

To top it all, I can't order something for the outstanding value including courier fees. Courier fees can not be paid out of the wallet.

I gave up after 6 months of fighting. Fortunately it was only about R150 for the order
 
So strange I used to order from them when I started online shopping way back, and always got good service.

Omw I should've first read this thread before I purchased. Bought a Xiaomi Mi 8 lite LCD for R450 and Buffalo express for R150. Since it's lockdown I don't mind waiting since it's lockdown and it's understandable(Dunno if Level 4 will be make a difference but anyways) I'll keep y'all up to date with my experience hopefully I don't get this disgusting service like most of you all experienced.

Ahhh I see nice but im still waiting for it to be shipped. Maybe I should reorder and just use Aramex. And they arent responding to my emails when I ask if Buffalo express will ship during lockdown. Pain.

It seems they were better initially and then it all went downhill
