No, if the suspect failed to obey orders, drop the weapon and advances on you, you shoot for the centre mass and keep shooting till the suspect drops the weapon or is unable to move

There is no such thing as shoot to disarm, a taser could be used if the suspect has a knife, but with a firearm you take no chances.

I still don't get how the US giving money to Iran is even slightly relevant for a topic related to an ISIS (enemy of Iran) killing in Israel...

well marine1 has suggested the Iranian government funds ISIS, and the easiest way to do that would be through cash which is relatively untraceable, so yeah, its pretty much relevant to this thread in my view
