Contact CELL c and be persistent. They can sort you out

Unfortunately I'll not be giving them that chance. I'm changing from my current ISP and the choice was between Cell C (price advantage) and Vodacom where I've got a number of cellphone & tablet contracts.. I knew I could get good LTE speeds with Vodacom between 45-75 Mbps upload and 14-25 upload 18-36 ping depending on time of day...
The Cell C Bundle price & router are much better deals & I thought if I could get close with 80% or better of the Vodacom deals I'd go Cell C .

Anyway, you saw the results & I'm obviously not prepared to take out a contract in the "hopes" they'll sort me out if I'm "persistent"
Of course if I already had the contract it'd be a whole different matter & I'd go camp in their head office reception area :D

This member don't want any help, just raving.

Actually not quite right:- If someone could come up with a realistic explanation (possibly the Cell C rep) and a definite way to sort it out within the next few days before I had to take up the "other side" as it were, I'd be more than happy because it's a far better deal from Cell C in terms of gigs & router specs per rand...

On the other hand snide comments don't help...

Problem is that it requires investigation from Cell C - not explanation.

I can give you explanation (with some probability of being accurate). Introduction of LTE-A is very complex operation, it can be situation that LTE network do not work as before. It needs a time to fix problems. In other words, help Cell C to find out what is yours, everybody will benefit.

I'd be quite happy to provide Cell C with numerous test results. Unfortunately I earn my living on the internet. I've just landed a very big contract, starting 26th May... My current ISP speeds are inadequate for me to perform as required, have been getting slower and slower. Now getting downloads from 1.2-.06Mbps & I've been battling with them for months with no joy.

So, although I accept your statement, I cannot wait for it to be sorted unless it's done before I need to start my new contract.

Unfortunately I only came across the Cell C deal a couple of days ago, hence the lack of time.

So it is a troll. Cell C don't need your speed tests results. They need your location and subscriber number. Give them that or shut up.
