Service provided by Web Africa is absolutely excellent - they really react fast. Hardware issues cannot always be blamed on the ISP, there's too many external factors outside their control, hence the make up by service.

IMHO it should be Openweb hands down. best in all categories except price, but to get the best you need to pay the best too. Afrihost only have good capped accounts, but their uncapped is a joke. Mweb, well Mweb........ Mwebs performance has dropped and has been eversince with all the masses signing up. slowly getting better, but not the best ISP this year.

Value for Money - It has to be MWEB (gets my vote).
Axxess/Afrihost are the best for Gaming though.

Afrihost!! was with mweb, had bad service with them, now on Afrihost and its awesome!! read between the lines.... Afrihost caped up to 10mbs unshaped, top up R29 per gig : Mweb caped, 384mbps shaped, top up R99 per gig...

The customer care has phenomenal people helping, follow up is quick, rates are the best, sometimes even offer free accounts. Really pleased with Afrihost!
