Hi there

Can you please vote for who you think should win the ISP of the Year award?

These results will be added to the survey ratings and other criteria to select the final winner, so please vote!

Openweb has been nothing but awesome for me :D

Mweb is still the champion for me, nothing beats them at the cost.

Afrihost imo. Mweb might be great with prices, but their service is inferior to other ISP's (read tech, not customer service)

First Post! And it's so say I think Afrihost deserve it: Consistently lowest capped prices, the R1 deal, great support and the purchase of Axxess.

In fact the Afrihost and Axxess votes should be added together as they are actually the same company so it's actually a landslide!

Don't know why Mweb are in it - are people still voting for them based on what they did last year?

MWEB, just because I pulled 500gb last month and didn't even get a heavy usage email :)

I am a WebAfrica user,If this poll had a -1 I would use it on them! I was torn between Mweb and Afrihost however Afrihost got my vote.

Afrihost Might have not been the company that bought out cheap uncapped but they did a quick job to deliver it and they were the first to be competitive. They also have had great R1 deals which although I have not used is just awesome of them. And whats more they have given loads of people 1GB free a month, which I have to use often since WebAfrica has such bad speeds sometimes and has been down loads the last few days.

Afrihost FTW! WebAfrica FTL!

Exactly - I don't want to vote for any of the ISPs mainly because none of them have made any real steps forward from last year. Mwebs offering has actually given us less on the same product this year than it did last year(Open-peering as good as it is has left us with poorer latency on certain sites, yet I have not seen any of the cost savings as a customer. In addition I have been shaped to death on many protocols including surfing sites like Youtube etc.). The ISP market has become stale once again yet we were promised much more with regards to freeing broadband this year. If I were forced to choose one of those ISPs it would probably be Afrihost as they do give us some nice specials from time to time.
