ISP Praise Wall !!!

Does sound a bit like a glorified sales-pitch, doesn't it?

I am a satisfied customer only. I have no interest in promoting Wazzup as an ISP.

I'm sorry that praise on the thread titled ISP Praise Wall is not appreciated for what it is.

Finally, I do not appreciate the insinuation that my post was anything but sincere.

Both of you have an awesome day now.

You come in here with 0 posts and write a a page long praise article for an obscure ISP, how does that not sound like spam? or have you just broken the mold?
Don't be offended, if I walked into a bank and said: "everybody put your hand in the air!" what do you think they would think I am?

A member of The Village People? :)

OK, I understand now how my post looks dodgy. I've stayed off myBB so long because it's a tough crowd - and then walked straight into trouble on my first post. Good going, I'd say.

I really had (am having) a good experience with Wazzup. I just tried to lay the facts out in my post in detail because the same issues/questions seem to come up in posts about their services. I was hoping to answer those questions based on my experience. So, to answer your question, I think I've broken the mold. I am an Electrical Engineer (read: Average Joe) working for an Engineering Consultancy based in Durban. No affiliation with Wazzup whatsoever, other than being their client.

If anyone has any concerns at all about my relationship with Wazzup, please feel free to PM me. I will send you my contact details and I'll be more than happy to with you chat offline.

Cheers,

Andrew

WebAfrica for a fast response to my support query, great client zone, instant sign-up, and for providing an excellent and affordable backup product (data1 plus recharge) to accompany my MWeb uncapped (which is currently in hospital recovering from a broken backbone.)

OpenWeb for top notch service! paid via deposit, had my account running in a few hours!

and

Thandi from telkom for actually sorting my account out!

OpenWeb for quickly sorting out issues, and for their CEO who maintains relationships with each customer. Had an issue today, was resolved REALLY quickly by Keoma himself.

Awesome.

mweb adsl 512k uncapped
been afrihost but shaping drove me mad decided to move over to mweb , never had a problem with mweb , thank you mweb for your prompt and excellent service so far.

WebAfrica for fast responses and follow-ups, clear concise messages, Tech Support line with someone who actually knows what they're talking about on the other end, speeding up my ADSL line (2 weeks, application was during Telkom's freeze period, so even less if you think about it) and great site with all the info you need.

EDIT : And the live chat support!!!! Brilliant

FNBConnect, last night

Had some minor login issues on my new line and a very patient, clued up dude helped me through, and when I got up and running, performance was impressive. Dude held on the line the whole time until I was satisfied with everything working 100%

Well done FNB Connect.

Axxess for good service:

Axxess support for calling some-one at accounts on a week-end to sort out an account issue that was my fault. (we'll not really my cc got cloned, so the bank reported it as stolen)

Afrihost for activation my prepaid account just 5 minutes after playing and sending my ID, bravo!

Day 20 and 120gigs later, my vote goes to Mweb :). Fanastic sign up process and an equally fanastic accounts agreement / settlement resolution. Kudos all the way Mweb thus far, I hope to be with you for a long time to come :).
