why ?
well for obvious reason that mostly this section sees the light of what went wrong, how bad it was and how angry we are - nothing wrong with laying down your complaint, but its necessary to also give praise to that isp and the person(s) involved whom have sorted, helped or done something for you which was above average and made you pause and say wow they rock !

what ?

well, isp and person(s) involved, what they have done and why you are praising them :)

when ?
each time, this is not a once of *poof* we gone, when they did it and you want to praise - pop in here and lay it down !

Not ?
Simple, this thread is praise(s) only and please do not post anything that is not relevant to this as complaints are not to posted here, but make another thread for them.

A few months ago I had a problem with an Axxess prepaid voucher, and it was sorted out very quickly, and needless to say, because I had a problem, I was compensated with a free gig!

So thumbs up to the guys at Axxess :)

couple months ago

Web Africa

Adsl kept synching and dropping on all day. called helpdesk. (sadly cant remember dudes name) he logged it with telkom. telkom techie was there the next day. (UNDER 24hrs later)

keep that up and you gonna win the olympics i reckon

wow, thinking back to Wednesday to Thursday my signup was streamlined, super fast and without any hassles

my star goes to Openweb And Axxess for exceeding my excitations and delivering great service ! :)

Sainet for their ordinary shaped SAIX accounts...

Because they're the cheapest (for slightly larger caps, at least), and their service is just as good as more expensive ISPs.

Sainet for having the cheapest accounts, I've never needed to phone them either, but their support line is always instant.

EDIT: I see this looks wrong, but I only had to phone them a few times when ordering and afterwards changing to Flexibill.

Axxess for their prepaid vouchers - I always have one of these vouchers around and it makes getting capped slightly more bearable.

Telkom's 30GB local after the cap is also welcome - I can at least access my email and MyBroadband :)

Sainet for their service levels. I have also had to call them once or twice and was instant.

I have also used Nexus before and find their control panel to be extremely good.

Imaginet have never let me down .... any problem is dealt with efficiently and by friendly staff .... plus, their help lines are open until midnight :D Also, as I have stated before, their usage tracker is spot on and efficient. Don't think I'll ever be with another ISP in my opinion ..... Imaginet rock :D

Justine from axxess deserves much praise for helping me with splitting up my accounts the other day

I-Junction have always been very helpful and I have had no issues on their part for over a year now since moving from Vodacom. I am glad I made the move...

I am normally a person that is not easily impressed. Switched from WA to Axxess a couple of months ago and boy, I must admit that I am delighted with the quality of service I get from them, plus the added bonus of real good pricing. Payments are a breeze and the adhoc upgrade for an account really helps.

A big thumbs up to them :)

Kudos to Axxess for giving us the ability to temporarily upgrade monthly packages when we run out of bandwidth.

I'd like to thank Fuaad at TelkomInternet for helping me sort out a problem with my connection last night. He went the extra mile by googling and helping me configure a modem that they don't even support. Big ups to him!

I vote for this one as well! Nice going! :D

i must say that the new live assistant from web africa is really a step up from the previous mirc-a-like

-welldone ! :) :) :) :)

I think this is the 4th or 5th post for them in this thread, but I have to add my experience with Sainet has always been great, they have very good service. Also, they're amongst the cheapest ADSL around.

Axxess for the great support over the past few years.
