ISP Readyness and BFF 4 preloading?

With Best Friends Forever 4 preloading starting tonight...

Will be as bad as with IOS7 [with GTA5]?
Perhaps a few angry ones due to throttling?

Battlefield 4 beta preload I assume? Saw somewhere it's 6 GB. Doubt there is anywhere as many BF players vs iOS 7 updaters.

About 53% completed... at least its not throttled or contributes to throttling.
