ISP WhatsApp support tested

Sorry Jan, can't disagree with you more regarding WebAfrica. Maybe you were just lucky, but the vast majority of people that is forced to use their Whatsapp support have terrible experiences. Apart from being no use at all when you eventually reach a real person, my waiting times were exactly 1 hour (over multiple days and weeks) before a human responded, almost like the system only escalates it after 60 min before they need to respond. I wouldn't wish their support on my worst enemy.
 
I just spoke to a friend who said WebAfrica took almost a day to respond. I guess it depends how complex the issue is but Webafrica seem to have terrible support.
 
I cannot believe you got a response from WA is 4 minutes using their crappy chat system! The only way this is possible is if they knew beforehand that you would be testing it or perhaps they have the particular number stored as high priority.
The webafrica WA service is beyond useless, I have spent DAYS waiting for a response with the norm being 1-2 hours between responses - so even once an 'agent' acknowledges your chat, it still takes ridiculously long between to get responses to each of your messages.

I am also not the only one, just look at the disquss comments or the numerous threads about them to see what the average subscriber's experience is.
