Im a bit ignorant. What kind of things have ISPA done for the consumer in the last 11 years? I know they do talk a lot amongst themselves but I suspect that its propbably like the chats that Cell C, MTN and Vodacom have when they get together. Id be impressed if I saw them toi-toiing outside Ivys house or parliament or maybe on the news or current afairs progs on TV or puttiong articles in the press about their gripes, but I dont...
To be fair here is their page... http://www.ispa.org.za/
Which if it had changed in the last 6 years I might be inclined to read again
ICASA say they have collated all complaints re the regulations and requested telkom to comment..not really for ISPA to take this forward
for the rest - ISPA is not really a consumer organisation but a grouping of ISPs which has, due to the history of telecomms in SA, interests which overlap those of consumers (ie. how to stop being screwed by telkom)
