Hi

Is anyone using ISPAfrika to provide their Data? Either capped or uncapped, any feedback on Stability speed etc?
I know they have great reviews in provision of the lines but am not sure on the data side of things.

Anyone care to comment?

Thanks

At my previous address I had 100Mbps Telkom FTTH. I ordered the line through ISPAfrika and the package included a 10GB ISPAfrika data account. That account flew like the wind - faster than any account I've ever used. Such a shame that the RSAWeb accounts (ISPAfrika resells them) don't include uncapped midnight data, because otherwise they'd be one of the best options around since their price decreases. The 10GB account was only used as an emergency backup.

I'm giving WebAfrica till the end of the month, Got the application forms from ISPAfrika. If WebAfrica gives me a lot of crap I'll go with ISPAfrika. How's the lead times and throttling on uncapped?

Read their T's and C's!

Regrade Fee Speed Upgrades/Downgrades R150.00 
Service Migration Fee ISP to ISP R599.00
All support is Next Business Day.

Lol I saw that, a bit ridicuolous but so goes for decent service I guess. :wtf:

Bump.

Just thought I'd chime in. We've been on their 20mb/s uncapped package for a week now and very impressed. Our downloads almost always run at full speed and I downloaded both ESO and WoW (70GB combined) over the weekend, no problems. Both finished within a day.

Unfortunately they told us they're going to look at shaping and throttling their accounts in the future, in which case we'll jump to a capped account.
