Issues accessing inkscape.org from SA?

Just tried the regular APN - I usually use unrestricted - same results.

Looks like it could be a routing issue..

Fine on Vox, Vanilla, Mtn and Vodacom. Where does it time out?

Unrelated but github had issues earlier today. Commits not showing up remotely.

Is it all. Org domains or just that site? Also, could it be a specific ip block?

Must be some kind of routing issue.

Maybe only accessible over Seacom etc which Telkom doesn’t actively use.
