Issues with FNB credit card using Visa 3D Secure

Anyone else having issues paying with Visa credit card (I am using FNB)?
I can see the Visa 3D Secure screen and get the Approve/Deny popup on my FNB app, but after approval nothing happens.
Clicking on the "Click here to return to the merchant site" just results in a "Server error in "/" Application"

I have the same issue I thought it was my account but I see the problem is with FNB.
