IT Movie 2017

That trailer is a little spooky actually.

Hopefully it is true to the original, and scary.

I am seriously going to look forward to watching this movie, read the book years ago and can remember the scene where the little boy looses his paper boat down the storm water drain, and guess who is there ???? IT Awesome !!

Eh.. looks like pretty lame bollocks compared to just about anything I've seen/played the last few years. :erm:
Wake me up on 25 April when Outlast II is released, until then Resident Evil 7 will give me my fix. :p

I'm super excited. That trailer is kinda scary. Boyfriend said I can watch it but he won't. He's not into scary movies :p

The game or movie? 'cos the movie was ***. Just saying.

But...but... IT & Chill? :p Tell him he can hide behind you!

I watched the original when I was 9 years old in boarding school. Didn't sleep for days afterwards.

Game forsure and agreed absolutely about the movie...really not a lot of good horror movies lately.

The thing with the movies is they went the same way as the games. They stopped being horror and became cheap-thrills-action movies.

This IT will hopefully capture the sinister nature of Tim Curry's Pennywise, I truly hope so. The original hasn't aged well, but the nostalgia is strong.

So I just Google and searched - Stephen Kings' movies..... WOW :wtf: Didn't think that he had made so many movies, I know he is an awesome Author of Horror, super natural and Sci Fi books, the movies that I viewed from SK are: Carrie/Children of the Corn/Green Mile/Misery/ The Shining/ Pet Cemetery/ Thinner/sleep walkers/ Fire Starter/Christine/ The lawnmower man/Sometimes they come back/The Running Man/ Needful Things/ And the Dome series .......

Anyone having a favorite up to now? Apart from the list above? Cell and Mercy need to get and watch ( are they any good)?

So the whole thing will focus on them still being kids?

Ye I didn't see any clips of the adults 27 years later. The book was long though so I doubt they can cram everything into one movie.

The idea of a mini-series was excellent but the 1991 adaptation seriously sucked!

Rita Hayworth and The Shawshank Redemption. (the novella, not the movie).

I like the idea of the movie, but the execution of the trailer alone seems very lackluster. Perhaps I'm just used to much scarier/nastier **** assaulting the senses.
