IT salary trends this year

If it's net it sure is better than last year......! but if gross bad news considering the Tax

already heard a rumour that there might "retrenchments" , it wont be the boss, nor the bosses friend, not the network admin nor the other two admins, for sure won't be the bee one, so i guess that leaves me?

MCSE FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

A+ N+ Linux+ MCSE CCNA, who wants my autograph?!

I really hope the results aren't too prevalent in the industry, how do people live on such low salaries?

Looks like i need to email this page link to my boss.....

those figures seem rather low for the highest paid .... EAs earn way more than 40k .... wonder how/where they got the figures from?? also .... which area in SA is that for?? maybe durban?? cause jhb is def more!!

It makes me sad that desktop support people on average are earning more than I am, and I'm in a specialised field of software development...
If it's net, it makes me even sadder:(

I am getting massively underpaid and I think I have to do something.

Why is IT support so underpaid in SA?

It isn't, no idea where these figures come from. Doesn't say if they are average or median or what.

Probably averaged, but the majority of people are always going to lie below the median CTC...

Very odd article..
