Hi guys,
Anyone can recommend a reliable and affordable IT support & services company that caters to the Small to Medium sized entities and can manage their whole IT function - based in Stellenbosch or close enough.
Primarily we have 3 needs:
1. Proper backup solution in-office and offsite/cloud - management thereof ongoing
2. IT support for users and Pastel Accounting Software
3. Upgrading of current setup to Office 365, transferring of current emails etc: once-off project
We are looking for a company that can come do improvements to our current setup and streamline our IT, we are 12 users and primarily use Pastel Accounting and Payroll, Outlook and the standard MS Office software - data usage and network storage requirements minimal (currently a 2TB Synology box) = thus very basic network at the moment.
