For the time being, can you please confirm who will be handling all pending orders done through itworkup.co.za? Will this be fenway.co.za, who have stated they are not affiliated - or through cssi.co.za?
Please can you also touch on the relationship between itworkup.co.za and fenway.co.za. I see they share the same website design. I was also able to login at one stage using my itworkup.co.za credentials and view my order - however, this for some reason is no longer possible.
All orders are now managed and handled by CSSi which were made thru ITworkup website. We no longer have access to the bank account or stock, as we were forcefully removed from the office despite having fully paid the last requested rents. More details regarding this will be shared in a blog post.
Fenway is our new company, and we will be fulfilling all new orders placed through the Fenway website. Unfortunately, we had to remove all accounts from our new platform, as all invoices and orders were originally part of ITworkup, and legally, we cannot retain access to them under a different company.
If you require any assistance, we have provided all necessary information to CSSi. They have full access to the Payfast, TymeBank, and Yoco accounts and should be able to verify your payments or placed orders.
