If you know the month and day and time of the sms.

Try logging onto Vodacom4me and checking how far back you can check there. I remember printing statements up to a year back on Vodacom4me. Dint check if it can go further.

I don't think sms numbers are listed on the itemised billing. I use MTN SP, but it may be different with vodacom.
